Kathryn Lynn is nearly fully recovered from a car wreck that almost killed her just before her younger brother Billy enlisted in the Army. Billy returns after a harrowing mission in Iraq, now viewed as a hero, but Kathryn is concerned that there’s more to the story about what happened. She’s even more concerned that Billy is possibly suffering from PTSD. Kathryn recommends that Billy see a therapist and consider seeking a discharge so he doesn’t have to go back to Iraq. As Billy attends a Thanksgiving football game, Kathryn organizes a plan to get him help and out of the Army. Ultimately, though, Billy decides to return to Iraq with his squad, leaving Kathryn worried about his future.
